Chris Hermann

Chris Hermann is a rare figure in the wine world: equally at home in the cellar
crafting ultra-premium wines and in the boardroom advising wineries, vineyards,
and wine businesses.

He co-founded 00 Wines in 2015 alongside Kathryn Hermann and his late father,
Dr. Richard Hermann, building a project rooted in family heritage, ecological insight,
and winemaking ambition.

At 00 Wines, Chris brings a precise, deeply informed perspective to vineyard sourcing,
cellar decisions, and the pursuit of world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the
Willamette Valley.

General Director

Kathryn Hermann

Kathryn Hermann brings an entrepreneurial background in technology, product development,
marketing, and software to the world of fine wine.

As General Director, she oversees operations, creative direction, brand storytelling,
packaging, and global market strategy for 00 Wines.

Her work gives the house its distinctive voice: one that connects Oregon terroir with
a sophisticated international audience.

Director of Global Winemaking

Maxence Lecat

Maxence Lecat is a French-born oenologist whose work across Europe and Oregon
informs a truly global vision of winemaking.

In 2022, Maxence rejoined the 00 Wines team in a new capacity, steering winemaking
across two continents.

He now serves as the linchpin between Oregon and Europe, leading production in the
Willamette Valley, Burgundy, and Champagne, uniting his dual-hemisphere expertise
to craft wines that speak of place, purity, and lineage.
