00 Wines in Burgundy
What started as a brilliant idea around a dinner table in the spring of 2017 has blossomed into 00 Wines Burgundy, an ambitious project that marks a return of the Hermann family to Europe to reintroduce traditional winemaking techniques while working with the fruit of the original terroirs of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. We reside part-time in Beaune, the ancient crossroads of the wine trade, and work throughout the year at the Chateau de Bligny-les-Beaune where we produce the 00 Burgundy wines.
