Champagne entered the 00 Wines world through friendship, curiosity, and a shared devotion to Chardonnay. Our work here is rooted in a close collaboration with Champagne Paul Launois, the family Champagne house led by Julien and Sarah Launois in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
For 00 Wines, this is not simply a Champagne extension. It is a dialogue around chalk, barrel selection, Blanc de Blancs precision, and the rare ability of Le Mesnil Chardonnay to become luminous through time.

Our Champagne work centers on Blanc de Blancs expression from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the Côte des Blancs’ most revered Grand Cru villages. Through Champagne Paul Launois, Julien and Sarah work from family Chardonnay vines rooted in the chalk of this village, translating the site into wines of citrus, chalk dust, white flowers, saline length, and quiet power.
