The Collection
The Single Barrel Blanc de Blancs wines are among the most intimate Champagne expressions in the 00 Wines portfolio. Each release begins in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where Grand Cru Chardonnay is shaped by chalk, limestone, acid tension, salinity, oak texture, and time.
Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
The inaugural expression of the Single Barrel project: a rare Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, shaped by chalk, oak, acidity, salinity, and the precision of one selected barrel.
SB1705 · Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
A single-barrel Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Haut d’Aillerand in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Vinified with malolactic fermentation and aged 11 months in a medium-toast barrel, SB1705 carries chalk precision with added texture and breadth.
Le Mesnil-sur-Oger
Le Mesnil-sur-Oger is one of Champagne’s defining Grand Cru villages for Chardonnay. Its chalk and limestone soils give Blanc de Blancs Champagne a rare combination of acidity, salinity, mineral drive, and longevity. In the Single Barrel project, that terroir is interpreted through individual oak barrels, allowing each vintage and vessel to become its own expression.
