Le Mesnil-sur-Oger is one of Champagne’s defining villages for Chardonnay. Its chalk and limestone soils bring clarity, salinity, acid tension, and longevity to Blanc de Blancs Champagne. These non-vintage releases were created to express that mineral precision through two distinct dosage interpretations.
