A blend of 42% Hyland Pinot Noir and 58% Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir (the single vineyard showcased in the Richard Hermann Cuvée Pinot Noir), this blend was fermented in a combination of macrobin and 500L terra cotta amphorae. Aged 18 months in neutral French oak barrels.
