00 Wines Autumn / Winter Shipping Updates
During the spring of 2024, 00 wines decided to change our storage and fulfillment warehouse partner to WineShipping’s Oregon warehouses. 00 Wines did not make this decision lightly.
We made this change based on two criteria: WineShipping offers better and faster shipping during the hot weather months, and WineShipping offers an integrated software system that connects to our e-commerce platform and our texting service.
As a 00 Wines client, you will be able to track your order from your phone and check the status of your order at all times.
Thanks to the WineShipping software, 00 Wines will also process and ship your wines within 3 – 5 business days of receiving your order, provided the wine is in stock in McMinnville and you have chosen an appropriate shipping method at checkout that will not damage the wine in transit due to weather conditions.
This transition of inventory and paperwork to WineShipping took 6 months from signing the contract to active shipping.
Over the summer of 2024 we received our highest order volume yet, and we were not able to ship during the summer.
All of these orders (backorders) will not ship this autumn.
Shipping Dates
Please reference your destination state below for shipping dates.
International Orders
We will begin shipping International Orders in November.
French Wines
If you have ordered wines from our Bourgogne and Champagne projects, these wines are currently (September 20, 2024) at the Alix Warehouse in Beaune awaiting shipment to the United States. They should ship via Hillebrand in the next few weeks. Once the wines are in the United States, they will be shipped immediately.
Ongoing OrdersĀ
Once the backorders are shipped, all new orders will be processed within 3 – 5 business days of receiving your order, provided the wine is in stock in McMinnville and you have chosen an appropriate shipping method at checkout that will not damage the wine in transit due to weather conditions.
If you have not chosen a weather-appropriate shipping method (for example shipping to Florida in August via ground shipping with no ice packs), we will contact you and:
- Tell you that we will hold the wines until the weather is cooler in your area, or
- Offer you pricing to upgrade your shipping method and packaging.
